Petr Burian mentors founders, CEOs, CTOs and tech leaders. He helps them get real value from AI, build teams that can handle growth, and lead through metrics. Since 2025 he has mentored over 20 mentees 1:1. Besides personal mentoring, he also works with groups and runs workshops.

He has spent 25 years connecting technology and people. For 16 years he was CTO of Livesport, where Engineering grew from the first developers to 25 teams and 170 people (53% of the company). Together they built Flashscore, trusted by over 130 million fans worldwide and handling 2.5 million requests per second at peak.

He is a board member and tech advisor in the core team of Tech Execs, a community of 900 tech leaders. He speaks at conferences and runs workshops, e.g. Transformation Summit 2026, FrontKon 2026 and No BullshIT.

He works with AI every day. He built Zenit Week, a visual weekly planner that helps you plan what matters before email and meetings bury it. AI wrote the code under his lead, he did the product design and UX. Zenit Week is free and open source.

When he is not mentoring or on stage, he runs 50 km ultramarathons or spends time with his family.
